Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires in a regulated healthcare business: manage pre-employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, references, registrations), coordinate stakeholders (IT, Payroll, Facilities, Compliance), deliver inductions, maintain audit-ready HR records, streamline processes, and manage multiple onboarding cohorts to ensure timely, compliant starts and a welcoming new-joiner experience.
