Diagnose unclear designed pages and rewrite them for stronger impact. This is a full-time contract engagement requiring close collaboration in a fast-shipping design environment.

Own a large scaled-customer book, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, account health, and risk. Design and operate one-to-many customer education programs, including curricula, learning paths, webinars, lifecycle communications, digital onboarding, and self-service resources. Lead Swedish payroll, accounting, tax compliance, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, equity compensation taxation, benefits, controls, audit readiness, and automation. Start with Sweden and potentially scale payroll globally across multiple entities.
