Own end-to-end test strategy for LangGraph Cloud and LangSmith across APIs, services, UI, data, and infrastructure. Build ephemeral Kubernetes test environments, improve CI/CD reliability and speed, create observability and performance testing workflows, establish quality baselines, and support incident remediation through regression tests and runbooks. The role requires Python and pytest expertise, API testing experience, and collaboration across infrastructure, backend, and frontend teams.

Owns end-to-end employee onboarding in San Francisco, including pre-boarding, compliance documentation, background checks, account setup, cohort onboarding, 45/90-day check-ins, buddy programs, employee support, and process documentation. The role also builds scalable onboarding infrastructure, supports global and international hires, maintains knowledge resources, and uses AI automation to improve People Operations efficiency.

Drive adoption of LangChain’s AI products by sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound mid-market deals. Build relationships with technical teams, help prospects evaluate solutions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams. The role requires curiosity about GenAI technology, strong execution in a fast-paced environment, and resourcefulness in advancing customer opportunities.

Rearchitect and scale LangChain’s billing and monetization infrastructure for usage-based, token-based, subscription, and enterprise pricing. Build configurable pricing primitives, metering and audit pipelines, billing integrations, reconciliation, deduplication, proration, dispute, and credit workflows. Partner with product and engineering teams to define the pricing infrastructure roadmap and enable self-service pricing model launches through clean, maintainable backend systems.

Leads hands-on development of production AI agents and workflows, including architecture, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and performance optimization. Mentors engineers, sets technical standards, translates customer and stakeholder needs into technical plans, and drives tooling and process improvements. Collaborates across business functions to identify automation opportunities and contributes to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystems.
