Software Engineering Intern building and shipping AI-powered product features across a TypeScript, Node.js, and potentially Go stack. Investigate ambiguous operational issues, reconcile provider and internal system data, manage payment and risk-provider relationships, support money or user-safety incidents, propose controls, and document runbooks, processes, controls, and post-incident reviews. The role requires independent ownership, strong numerical accuracy, clear writing, and reliable follow-through.

Manage retention and revenue for a pooled book of 500+ creators using data-driven playbooks, automated lifecycle workflows, and targeted interventions. Build and iterate health scoring, automations, and re-engagement campaigns; monitor cohort metrics and run weekly risk and contraction reviews. Partner cross-functionally to close feedback loops and provide reactive support when issues arise.

Drive outbound B2B sales in the UK and Europe to secure long-term creator and agency partnerships. Build pipeline via outreach and events, manage CRM and deals, collaborate with Marketing and Growth, report on targets, and share market insights to inform product and leadership.

Lead and own Fanvue's full growth function end-to-end: acquisition, product-led growth, retention, and monetisation. Build and run paid and organic channel portfolios, multi-touch attribution, P&L, experimentation infrastructure, dashboards, and cross-functional operating models. Scale growth org and drive US expansion to grow combined GMV toward a $250M+ run-rate within 12 months.

Own daily reconciliation of acquirers, banks and creator payouts across multiple currencies and providers. Run independent monitoring, validate acquirer fees against agreements, manage exceptions, map FX exposure, optimise cash, and act as Finance's second-line in Payments Risk. Deliver reconciled metrics and embed daily controls.
