Lead end-to-end EMEA GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) with a sourcing-first approach. Build proactive pipelines in Findem, manage Ashby as the ATS, use BrightHire for interview signals, advise hiring leaders on market strategy and compensation, report pipeline health, and ensure a fast, consistent candidate experience while flexing into other departments as needed.

Partner with Account Executives to lead pre-sales technical engagements: map customer requirements to Camunda, build demos and POCs, answer product technical questions, support RFIs/RFPs, implement code snippets, and drive evaluations to close deals.
