Design, implement, and run Camunda's CI/CD and artifact delivery platform to scale testing and engineering throughput. Build and operate production Kubernetes infrastructure, IaC, cloud and high-scale CI systems, remove developer pain points, partner with product teams, and contribute to platform roadmap and best practices.

Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partners to support customer use cases, build pipeline via outbound campaigns, and manage high-performing account teams to execute sales strategy.

Design, build, and evolve the event-sourced, distributed workflow engine and its REST/gRPC APIs. Solve concurrency, replay, and schema-evolution problems; optimize performance across RocksDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and Postgres; lead design (ADRs), mentor engineers, run on-call/incidents, and enable AI-agent integrations while ensuring backward-compatible API evolution and production resiliency.

Sell Camunda's platform to Benelux corporate customers, driving ARR via new business and expansion. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles (technical discovery, evaluations, presentations, financial/legal negotiations), coordinate with Solutions Engineering and partners, build outbound pipeline, close multi-year $1M+ deals, and lead high-performing account teams.

Drive high-quality pipeline for assigned North American accounts: respond to inbound leads, maintain Salesforce hygiene, build and prioritize target lists, generate outbound opportunities, qualify enterprise prospects, and coordinate handoffs with Account Executives.
