Design and build durable, distributed data-streaming infrastructure that decouples process data from Camunda’s live execution engine. Leads the end-to-end QA strategy for Camunda 8, including quality gates, automation, reliability, performance, resilience testing, metrics, dashboards, and release governance. Manages functional and reliability QA teams totaling 12 individual contributors, a principal engineer, and a manager. Partners with engineering, product, UX, documentation, and field teams to embed quality across the organization and scale QA processes for Kubernetes, cloud, and bare-metal environments.
