Solve concurrency, replay, and schema-evolution problems; optimize performance across RocksDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and Postgres; lead design (ADRs), mentor engineers, run on-call/incidents, and enable AI-agent integrations while ensuring backward-compatible API evolution and production resiliency.
