Develop recruitment strategies, manage agents and institutional partnerships, oversee conversion campaigns, analyse performance, manage budgets, and achieve enrolment targets. Represent the University at events and stakeholder meetings, provide market intelligence, support transnational education opportunities, and lead recruitment staff while collaborating with admissions, marketing, academic, and student support teams.
