Provide full-cycle HR support including salaried recruitment, employee relations and investigations, policy and collective agreement interpretation, onboarding, workforce planning, compensation and benefits guidance, and learning and development initiatives. Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers in a fast-paced, project-driven construction environment.

Coordinate fulfillment of site equipment requisitions, manage inventory and preventative maintenance, source and negotiate purchases and rentals, coordinate deliveries and documentation, maintain asset records, liaise with suppliers, project teams, legal and risk, and support estimating and reporting.
