Own the full sales cycle for multifamily and HOA communities, from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and handoff. Leads the Outside Plant Engineering program for fiber optic networks across North Carolina. Oversees OSP planning, design, construction, budgets, schedules, contractors, utilities, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Manages engineering teams and contracted resources while coordinating aerial, buried, and underground infrastructure projects. Builds relationships with government agencies, utilities, telecommunications firms, and communities, resolves project roadblocks, improves capital efficiency, and drives projects from concept through completion.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise network and infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, virtual networking). Manages DNS/DHCP/IPAM, secure VPNs and cloud connectivity (Salesforce, AWS), monitoring with Splunk, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and network/security design. Works with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto/ Panorama, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VxLAN, VMware, cloud platforms, and enterprise wireless. Provides technical leadership and escalated support.
