Own Daymark Health’s talent strategy during rapid expansion from approximately 50 to 150–200 employees. Lead recruiting operations, workforce planning, market-entry hiring, employer branding, structured interviewing, and hiring-manager enablement. Build and manage a recruiting team while personally leading critical clinical, corporate, and executive searches. Configure Greenhouse, establish reporting and recruiting processes, manage consultants and vendors, and deliver high-quality hiring across new markets on schedule.

The role requires strong value-based care expertise, financial modeling ability, relationship-building skills, and up to 20% travel.

Build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and governance to support analytics across claims, EHR, and real-time patient data. Deploy and operate Snowflake/dbt/AWS-based infrastructure, enable real-time analytics, partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams, and deliver insights that inform care delivery, payer collaboration, and business decisions.
