Serves as a strategic integrator and accountability partner to executive leadership across Marketing and Centralized Operations. Coordinates priorities, workflows, reporting, KPIs, meetings, communications, and cross-functional initiatives. Tracks progress, risks, dependencies, and performance while preparing executive-ready summaries and materials. Supports process alignment, campaign evaluation, operational readiness, leadership workflows, and onboarding coordination.

Manages day-to-day apartment community operations, including occupancy and rent performance, resident services, amenities, unit readiness, vendor and facilities coordination, invoices, lease administration, property inspections, budget oversight, and revenue optimization. The role also supports marketing, regulatory compliance, technology-enabled operations, resident communication, and financial reporting while maintaining a positive community environment.

The Corporate Accountant manages full-cycle accounting processes, financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include maintaining financial statements, preparing audit schedules, and supporting cash management activities. Collaboration with teams for intercompany accounting and improvements in accounting processes is also essential.
