Implement and support SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityNow/IIQ), configure LCM workflows and connectors, create SoD rules, manage access provisioning/deprovisioning, remediate audit findings, train teammates, and support incident/problem resolution to meet IAM transformation objectives.

Consultant will perform IT controls testing and risk assessments (RCSA, IT Risk Assessment, GITCs), support IT SOX testing, and apply IT process assessment knowledge for banking clients.

Design and deliver visual and UX solutions across the full product lifecycle. Work daily in Sketch, create clickable prototypes (InVision), collaborate with agile teams, present designs to executives, apply Adobe tools, and translate designs into front-end-ready HTML/CSS with basic JavaScript knowledge. Produce fast, customer-focused concepts and communicate design rationale effectively.

Lead and own data quality activities including analysis, remediation, and program implementation. Resolve complex data issues, manage processes and reports, supervise junior staff, present status to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and controls in banking data domains.
