Collaborates with design, test, manufacturing, quality, safety, and systems teams to improve product robustness and mentors engineers.

Create video content documenting Aalo Atomics’ factory, hardware, engineering milestones, people, and events. Own productions from concept through final edit, including social videos, documentaries, launch films, recruiting content, and event coverage. Collaborate with brand and marketing teams while managing production logistics, equipment, footage libraries, and post-production workflows. The role is onsite in Austin and includes travel for shoots when needed.

Designs, builds, tests, and commissions mechanical components, mechanisms, assemblies, tooling, and reactor-support hardware. Creates CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, calculations, test procedures, and inspection plans. Supports secure network environments interfacing with operational technology systems, including segmentation and access controls, while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Coordinate and administer employee training through the Learning Management System. Create training plans, job codes, qualification pathways, watchlists, schedules, rosters, and records. Ensure training case files and activities comply with company procedures and DOE, NRC, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the AI department on LMS improvements, feature implementation, and user training while maintaining accurate qualification and training data.

Develops, delivers, evaluates, and updates training programs for nuclear facility personnel. The role identifies training needs, creates training plans and LMS qualifications, incorporates conduct of operations, maintenance, ISMS, and human performance principles, and ensures compliance with DOE, NRC, state, and federal regulations. The position is based onsite in Idaho Falls, with frequent travel to Austin and work supporting INL activities.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. Source passive candidates, manage candidate screening and interviews, partner with hiring managers on strategy, improve recruiting processes and employer branding, and support university and internship hiring.
