Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for low-power microcontrollers and Linux-based detection systems. Lead technical investigations, define requirements and interfaces, contribute to architecture, perform testing and code reviews, and collaborate across hardware and systems teams. Partners with commercial, programme, service, legal, and finance teams to manage risk, improve contractual performance, maximize commercial value, and strengthen customer outcomes. Builds organizational capability through coaching, playbooks, tools, communities of practice, and continuous improvement.

Provides technical leadership for complex reliability and asset-management projects from scope through closure. Leads reliability analyses including RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, criticality assessments, Weibull analysis, and maintenance strategy optimization. Reviews contract and asset performance, develops improvement plans, manages technical risks and milestones, and presents recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders. Supports reliability contracts, coordinates multidisciplinary specialists, transfers knowledge, and ensures delivery within approved scope, budget, and governance requirements.

Leads the global Gas Seal Support Systems engineering organization across pre-order and post-order activities. Owns the lifecycle from RFQ and proposal development through design approval, manufacturing release, documentation, and project execution. Manages global engineering teams, drives standardization, automation, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and performance metrics. Serves as the technical subject matter expert, supports product development and cost optimization, resolves customer issues, and ensures compliance with specifications, ISO standards, and EHS requirements.

Manage direct materials and subcontract purchasing, purchase order approvals, MRP action messages, supplier relationships, negotiations, cost savings, and procurement compliance. The role requires technical drawing interpretation, data analysis, structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and strong supplier communication. Candidates need an engineering diploma or degree, preferably mechanical or electrical, plus five years of overall experience and at least three years in purchasing or supply chain.

Owns enterprise Finance processes across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, close, consolidation, reporting, and controls. Leads ERP governance, process harmonization, transformation, testing, adoption, data governance, audit readiness, continuous improvement, automation, and cross-functional stakeholder decisions across Finance, IT, Operations, and Shared Services.

Supports the Saudi Arabia sales team with opportunity administration, proposals, quotations, product demonstrations, trade exhibitions, lead and pipeline tracking, order and shipment status, invoicing, payment milestones, and KPI monitoring. Coordinates with internal departments, Programs, and Service teams to ensure smooth opportunity and order execution. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP and Sales CRM systems.
