Coordinates indirect sourcing activities across EMEA, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; supplier communications; bid comparisons; spend analysis; onboarding; governance; approvals; and contract milestone tracking. Manages credit control, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, fixed assets, inventory counts, and financial reporting. Prepares reconciliations and debtor reports, investigates payment deductions, assesses credit risk, maintains customer relationships, and improves accounting processes. The role also supports CAPEX reporting, SAP updates, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc accounting activities.

Leads enterprise transformation programs and strategic initiatives, establishing governance, integrated roadmaps, reporting, risk management, resource planning, and benefits tracking. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams, facilitates executive decision-making, manages dependencies, and provides project-management coaching. The role also supports organizational change management, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and direct management of high-priority projects while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic and financial goals.

Develops and expands relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary account contact. Executes global account strategies, understands customer objectives, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leads technical discussions, and delivers account plans targeting sales, order intake, margin, satisfaction, and retention. Requires OEM rotating-equipment expertise, strong negotiation and communication skills, and approximately 50% travel across North America.

Designs and validates customized filtration systems using mechanical engineering, pressure vessel design, FEA, and international standards. The role develops customer-specific solutions, performs stress analyses, supports proposals and sales, reviews designs, and contributes to product improvements and value engineering. Collaboration spans global engineering, simulation, innovation, and commercial teams throughout the product and project lifecycle.
