Manages social channels, performance KPIs, sentiment, share of voice, stakeholder reporting, and integrated campaigns.

The role also handles engineering change notices, fabricated-part approvals, workload management, and continuous improvement while following safety and quality standards.

Manage key federal customer accounts throughout the sales process, from estimating and order management through product handoff. Responsibilities include solution selling, account retention and expansion, needs analysis, contract negotiation, CRM management, KPI tracking, issue resolution, strategic account planning, and closing new business.
