The Chief of Staff for Operations will support the COO by driving execution, establishing priorities, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Design algorithms for defect detection and metrology, optimize image acquisition/performance, integrate 2D/3D sensors, conduct system-level testing, support beta installations, and troubleshoot Firefly G3/G5 systems. Translate requirements into specifications and present technical solutions.

Lead architecture, integration, and validation of high-precision semiconductor metrology systems. Define system-level requirements and interfaces, drive cross-disciplinary design decisions, lead integration and validation, perform root-cause analysis, establish performance and reliability models, mentor engineers, and support program execution, risk mitigation, and customer engagements from concept through production.

The Senior Applications Scientist will develop metrology solutions, interface with customers, perform tool qualification, and deliver technical presentations. Travel may be required.

Lead portfolio-level product management for semiconductor yield management and process-control software. Define product capabilities from market requirements, prioritize development for ROI, support NPI and field rollouts, collaborate with engineering, marketing, and applications teams, track development and cost metrics for executives, and ensure product sellability, supportability, documentation, and field training. Travel 10-25% for tool testing and customer engagements.

Develop and characterize metrology solutions (scatterometry, ellipsometry, OCD, thin film) for semiconductor fabs; build/optimize models, qualify tools onsite, deliver technical presentations and training, support customers and installed base, collect field feedback for engineering/marketing, and travel internationally and to fabs for cross-regional support and installations.

Lead SG&A planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across multiple functions. Partner with business leaders to set targets, monitor performance, and explain variances. Build and maintain Excel-based forecasting and reporting models, deliver management reporting, support cross-functional teams with ad hoc analysis, and recommend process improvements to improve cost discipline and planning efficiency.

Lead design, simulation, and optimization of optical subsystems for semiconductor metrology. Develop and implement measurement methods (interferometry, ellipsometry, scatterometry), integrate optics with cross-functional teams, prototype and test systems, analyze data, document results, troubleshoot issues, and support vendor evaluations and continuous improvement.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for semiconductor inspection, metrology, and yield-management tools. Define PRDs, roadmaps, pricing, and positioning; drive cross-functional alignment, customer engagement, escalations, and continuous improvement from concept through EOL to maximize market share and revenue.

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and maintain enterprise-level data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions, optimizing SQL queries and ensuring data quality across systems to support strategic decision-making.
