Lead a small Platform Foundations team to define engineering standards and foundational components across backend services, DevOps, and event-driven infrastructure. Own developer experience, CI pipelines, dependency management, shared UI component standards, RFC/ADR governance, and observability (tracing, logging, metrics, SLO/SLI). Partner with Operations/SRE, drive modernization, champion AI-first practices, and manage senior engineers while staying hands-on with code and architecture.
