Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, drive platform adoption and onboarding, monitor customer health and retention, coordinate issue resolution with support, document interactions in CRM, relay product feedback to Product, and proactively communicate updates and feature releases.

Develop and maintain the Syteca macOS desktop application: implement new features, fix bugs, support the existing system, and run feasibility/proof-of-concept studies.
