Own technical customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, including SSO, API integrations, bulk data configuration, and custom setups. Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues, support technical discovery for enterprise sales, track implementation tasks, and improve onboarding processes. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering while guiding customers toward successful adoption.
