The Sales Development Representative will drive sales by sourcing, contacting, and qualifying prospects, engaging with various stakeholders, and maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce.

Oversee end-to-end processing, validation, and maintenance of invoice and workflow data. Lead architecture and roadmap for the reporting platform; own report generation, data ingestion, and query performance in Python/Django/ClickHouse. Drive design decisions, reduce production recurrence, improve data pipelines, maintain portals, build dashboards, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with product and stakeholders.

The Payments Analyst will build data infrastructure and automate monitoring to optimize payment performance, manage vendor operations, and mitigate payments risk.

Lead the roadmap and metrics for invoice data validation, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner with ML/data science and design to improve extraction, GL inference, and reduce exceptions while instrumenting data quality and feedback loops.

Own a product area end-to-end for an AI-native AP automation and payments platform: run discovery with customers, write specs and user stories, prioritize and partner with engineering and design, instrument success metrics, and work cross-functionally with support, sales, and customer success to iterate and improve outcomes.

Lead client onboarding for an AI-powered AP SaaS platform: design training programs, map and transform workflows, track adoption metrics, consult on change management, and collaborate with Product to remove user friction and ensure on-time go-lives.
