Lead front-line support across chat, email, and video; diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; surface patterns for process and knowledge base improvements; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success; contribute to tooling, workflows, and scaling support operations.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise strategic accounts to drive renewals and expansion. Build scalable playbooks, shape GTM tooling and KPIs, and act as a commercial partner to Sales, Product, and leadership to translate customer insights into revenue-driven outcomes.

Lead end-to-end product discovery and validation using mixed-methods research. Partner tightly with engineers and founders to design experiments, prototypes and usability tests, translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product direction, embed learning loops, and coach teams to improve research practice and decision-making.
