Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, translate needs into technical specifications and user stories, and support delivery with developers, QA, and project managers. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. Automate infrastructure with IaC and configuration management, set up monitoring/logging, enforce security best practices, collaborate with dev and ops teams, and maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and IaC for high-availability, secure, and cost-optimized environments; integrate cloud services with applications; manage container platforms; provide technical guidance and documentation; define cloud best practices and security controls.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet systems. Configure and support Cisco, FortiGate, UniFi, and ISE devices. Monitor performance, resolve network/security incidents, and document network architecture, policies, and procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally and recommend improvements.
