Lead Gridcog's marketing strategy, budget and execution to generate qualified top-of-funnel leads. Build brand, positioning, multi-channel campaigns, content, events and growth activities, own martech and website performance, and scale the team across UK, Australia and Europe. Act as a player-coach, stay hands-on, align tightly with sales, measure impact rigorously, and evolve the playbook to increase market recognition and lead volume.

Owner of growth strategy: build organic, paid and conversion funnels, improve SEO and website conversion, implement martech and tracking, run nurture and paid campaigns, and hand qualified leads to sales through rigorous experiment-driven optimisation.
