Provides senior HR advice across employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, absence management, documentation, reporting, policy application, training, and workplace compliance. Oversees complex grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, and absence cases, escalating high-risk matters when needed. Supervises and develops an HR Assistant while offering limited office and facilities support. Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Python, and APIs while partnering with cybersecurity and IT service delivery teams.

Lead product marketing for ZIIP Skincare, including product positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market strategy, campaign briefs, and cross-functional creative execution. Translate scientific and consumer insights into compelling communications, monitor market and competitor trends, and use performance data to refine messaging and creative. Serve as the internal product expert while coordinating multiple workstreams across creative, ecommerce, CRM, social, partnerships, PR, and retail teams.

Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns, social media, and branded content. Develop concepts, key visuals, and storyboards with creative designers, then own briefs from footage sourcing through final delivery. Ensure work follows brand guidelines while demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
