Provide technical leadership for SAP HCM European payroll (EuHReka) implementations: resolve complex payroll and time management issues, design and document solutions, configure forms, perform integrated testing, mentor team members, and drive service improvements and knowledge transfer.

Configure and support SAP HCM US Payroll including gross-to-net processing, tax and garnishment setup (BSI tax factory), off-cycle payroll, WT configuration, payroll schema, integrations with SAP FI and third-party finance, payroll testing and post-payroll activities. Work in US hours shift.

Lead and deliver SAP Payroll implementations: gather customer requirements, configure SAP HCM/payroll, run system tests, produce technical and functional documentation, provide application support, report status to project leads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliant, maintainable solutions delivered on schedule for Swiss payroll environments.

Serve as the SAP HCM functional/technical lead for payroll and time: gather requirements, design/configure solutions, create FDDs/TDDs, coordinate with ABAP developers and QA, perform integration and parallel payroll testing, support deployments and production support across APJ payroll landscapes.

Process Vietnam payroll end-to-end, support statutory and year-end reporting, respond to client queries, maintain systems and controls, mentor apprentices/associates, log and resolve tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with security and company standards.
