Manage client relationships for commercial insurance accounts: advise on coverage and risk, prepare proposals and bind coverage, oversee renewals and audits, assist with claims, produce policy documents and certificates, and adopt technology including proprietary AI to improve service and retention.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, monthly bank reconciliations, revenue/commission analyses, and journal entries for assigned business units.
