Serve as primary administrative contact for commercial lines clients: manage policy documents, renewals, endorsements, audits, and carrier communications; support account retention and remarketing; maintain accurate client files and adopt proprietary AI and other technologies to improve service.

Manage commercial client relationships, provide strategic coverage and risk advice, bind coverage as field underwriter, handle renewals and remarketing, prepare proposals and policy documents, assist with claims, perform audits and policy reviews, adopt proprietary AI tools, and drive client retention and service improvements.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management to clients, develop tailored strategies, conduct portfolio reviews, grow assets under management, ensure regulatory compliance, use financial planning software and proprietary AI tools, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Coordinate HR projects and programs from planning through execution; support the CHRO and HR leadership with schedules, agendas, reporting, and communications; manage onboarding/offboarding tasks, swag/inventory, office administration, and employee engagement events; produce data-driven reports and dashboards using HR tools and BI; monitor HR inbox/ticketing SLAs; ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with legal/compliance teams.

Manage client relationships for commercial insurance accounts: advise on coverage and risk, prepare proposals and bind coverage, oversee renewals and audits, assist with claims, produce policy documents and certificates, and adopt technology including proprietary AI to improve service and retention.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, monthly bank reconciliations, revenue/commission analyses, and journal entries for assigned business units. Support month-end close, year-end audit schedules, resolve sub-ledger discrepancies, manage commission posting and collections, and assist with ad hoc financial reporting, process documentation, and internal control improvements.

Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.
