Plans and manages large-scale data center power generation projects from engineering through construction, commissioning, and client handover. Coordinates cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, contracts, safety, quality, risks, and client communications. Ensures projects meet contractual timelines, scope, commercial terms, HSE requirements, and quality standards while reporting progress and resolving issues.

Lead multiple generator installation projects across the UK and Europe from handover through commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure ISO9001/14001/45001 compliance, maintain project records in CRM (Protean), oversee purchasing and invoicing, build client relationships, and support development of project staff. Regular site travel required; expenses covered.

The Sr Project Engineer will develop electronic circuit board layouts, maintain design best practices, analyze vendor notifications, and resolve production issues. Responsibilities include maintaining design documentation, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Manage design, administration, governance, analytics, and reporting for executive compensation and equity programs. Support benchmarking, Compensation Committee materials, disclosures, grant processing, vesting, reconciliation, and compliance. Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors to ensure competitive, compliant, and audit-ready executive compensation programs.

Manage end-to-end residential generator orders in SAP, track and validate orders, resolve invoice issues, respond to dealers via Salesforce Service Cloud, collaborate with Sales/Credit/Logistics, support testing and process updates, and assist on special projects.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes and equipment for engine/generator products. Leads technical projects from prototype to production, prepares project plans and cost analyses, uses data to support technical decisions, and communicates results to teams and management. Supports continuous improvement, automation efforts, and develops presentations and individual goals.

Lead regional operational functions (engineering, workshop, transport, hire, stores, administration) across depots to meet contractual, safety, and commercial objectives. Drive operational excellence, fleet availability and utilisation, KPI performance, team development, customer escalations, and continuous improvement while protecting profitability and quality standards.

Produce mechanical design and fabrication drawings, layouts, and material lists; coordinate design activities for tenders and projects; liaise with engineers and suppliers; support procurement, construction and commissioning; and drive design standardisation and continuous improvement.

The NPD Mechanical Project Engineer will lead the development of generator sets and power solutions, managing projects from concept to validation. This includes collaborating across departments, ensuring design criteria are met, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Develop and maintain embedded software for microcontroller systems, collaborating with teams, overseeing testing, and leading projects. Mentor team members and document processes.
