Manage end-to-end residential generator orders in SAP, track and validate orders, resolve invoice issues, respond to dealers via Salesforce Service Cloud, collaborate with Sales/Credit/Logistics, support testing and process updates, and assist on special projects.

The NPD Mechanical Project Engineer will lead the development of generator sets and power solutions, managing projects from concept to validation. This includes collaborating across departments, ensuring design criteria are met, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Lead manufacturing system simulations and material flow analysis using FlexSim to optimize production and intralogistics. Design and improve warehouse layouts and racking, support process engineering (line balancing, takt time), perform data-driven analysis with Excel/Power BI, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Validate models with real data, run what-if analyses, and support NPI and continuous improvement initiatives. Role requires flexibility for second-shift hours to support global regions.
