Manage use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration pilots supporting cyber incident response. Requires extensive DoD and Intelligence Community capture experience, federal contracting expertise, and a current TS/SCI clearance.

Lead design, development, and integration of enterprise web applications and on‑premises systems. Manage full lifecycle delivery using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular within agile frameworks. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, run agile ceremonies, produce project plans, technical documentation, and status reporting.
