Leads daily execution of a large-scale software development task order across prime, subcontractor, and government teams. Owns integrated scheduling, resource planning, Agile delivery cadence, staffing, facilities, security access, subcontractor performance, operational metrics, deliverables, risks, and award-fee evidence. Serves as the primary advisor to government and Intelligence Community stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams, contract performance, recompetes, and strategic business development.

Manages procurement accounts, operational funds, vendor relationships, technical infrastructure purchases, payments, deliveries, and service continuity. Maintains procurement databases, records, logs, reports, and SOPs; conducts audits and financial tracking; analyzes vendors, pricing, and market conditions; coordinates with engineers and operations teams; troubleshoots vendor issues and service interruptions; and identifies process improvements. Requires procurement or supply chain experience, financial tracking skills, technical infrastructure familiarity, and strong documentation and organizational abilities.

Leads use-case identification, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, technology integration planning, business-case development, governance support, and requirements traceability. Coordinates technical and operational teams, defines success criteria, prepares communications and leadership briefings, and supports lessons learned. The role requires cybersecurity mission knowledge, strong facilitation, project coordination, analytical ability, and experience with federal cybersecurity programs, cloud services, or agile requirements management.

Manages warehouse and government property logistics, including receiving, inventory, shipping, transportation, audits, packing, crating, and material tracking. Maintains property records under FAR requirements, prepares government shipment documentation, supports property disposition, and interacts with customers. The role requires physical warehouse work, forklift and material-handling equipment operation, periodic CONUS travel, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Drive prioritization and execution for cyber resiliency products across government deployments. Coordinate engineering, customers, business development, contracts, finance, security, and supply chain teams; translate customer and market needs into product priorities; manage schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery; support demonstrations, capture efforts, channel partnerships, pricing, and sales growth. The role requires strong cybersecurity expertise, government program experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and practitioner audiences.

Manages the full contract lifecycle for government intelligence and defense programs, including proposal preparation, negotiations, modifications, administration, compliance reviews, risk analysis, customer interface, and contract performance governance. Advises senior management, supports complex proposals, interprets FAR and DFARS regulations, manages customer relationships, and coordinates multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of training programs, manages budgets, resources, and ensures timely delivery of services while aligning with military objectives.

The Site Lead manages aspects of Advanced Special Operations Techniques courses, oversees budgeting and reporting, and ensures timely delivery of services. They assist in recruiting and maintain qualified personnel for training.
