The Site Training Coordinator at Kenco Logistics is responsible for training programs, ensuring employee growth, and promoting operational excellence and innovation within the company.

Train new and existing warehouse employees on processes, safety, and powered industrial equipment operation; maintain training records; perform pick/pack/ship and forklift duties; support inventory, inspections, and training material updates to ensure compliant, accurate outbound shipments.

Deliver on-the-job training for new and existing warehouse employees on processes, equipment (including forklifts and RF scanners), safety, and shipping procedures. Maintain training logs, assist with training materials, perform warehouse duties (picking, packing, loading/unloading), ensure compliance with safety and shipping regulations, support inventory counts, and help keep the site inspection-ready.

Lead and manage all site warehouse operations including safety, quality, financials, KPIs, P&L, and customer relations. Drive continuous improvement using KOS/Shingo and lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Gemba). Mentor site management, implement strategic initiatives, analyze throughput and capacity, and report performance to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and corporate policy compliance.

Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficient workflow. Schedule work, assign duties, monitor shipping and inventory, train staff, enforce SOPs, mentor employees, support safety programs, and implement process improvements.

Support and maintain the site quality management system by developing documents, administering internal audits, training auditors, investigating customer complaints, performing root cause/corrective actions, and analyzing quality data to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet KPIs, ensure inventory integrity, control costs and budgets, lead and develop staff, drive continuous improvement and safety, implement site and network initiatives, and coordinate with HR, safety, and engineering to maintain operational efficiency.

Coordinate site-level HR functions including onboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll timesheet audits, background checks, new hire orientation, recruiting support, benefits/form processing, vendor coordination, and employee communications. Serve as liaison for timeclocks and report on labor/financial data while supporting site administration and safety.

Manage daily warehouse operations including KPI achievement, inventory integrity, budgeting, continuous improvement, and staff development. Oversee supervisors and leads, ensure SOP and safety compliance, analyze throughput and financial reports, implement improvements and network best practices, and support site-level projects to maximize net income and operational efficiency.
