Provides coaching and counseling to managers and employees, maintains personnel files, monitors training goals, coordinates HR improvement initiatives, and develops HR strategies with leadership while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Leads industrial engineering and continuous improvement initiatives across customer distribution networks. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, analyzing warehouse processes, implementing analytics and systems integrations, conducting lean and Six Sigma studies, developing reporting, optimizing labor and warehouse flow, reducing costs, and supporting solutions design, financial models, and RFPs. Partners with customers, operations, IT, data science, BI, and marketing teams while tracking project value and driving operational excellence.

Provides technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, internet connectivity, and company-specific logistics applications. Diagnoses and resolves escalated user issues, performs workstation and RF equipment repairs, documents tickets and procedures, trains users, develops workarounds, supports reporting and the company intranet, and recommends process improvements. Requires experience with WMS or OMS platforms, basic to moderate SQL, and related logistics technologies.

Directs regional logistics operations across multiple sites, partnering with General Managers and customers to improve performance, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Owns complex customer relationships, develops value-added solutions, leads business reviews, monitors KPIs, and implements strategic programs. Provides leadership, coaching, and training while driving Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires substantial supply chain leadership, budgetary responsibility, customer management, and frequent travel.

Develop full-stack software, APIs, automation, data pipelines, analytics tools, KPI dashboards, and distributed data solutions. Partner with supply chain and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities, integrate SQL and NoSQL systems, analyze data, improve data quality, and communicate insights. Lead software projects, make technical decisions, support cloud deployments, design user-friendly applications, and perform root cause analysis of software and system issues.
