Lead architecture, development, integration, and evolution of customer contact centre products, with Amazon Connect as a key platform. Own technical design, security, scalability, testing, documentation, monitoring, and system reliability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, manage third-party integrations, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers on architecture, integration patterns, and best practices. The role is hybrid in London, requiring at least two office days weekly.

Lead transformation of the Holidays Product & Sourcing function by redesigning operating models, processes and governance. Build and manage an Enablement team, embed AI/automation and smarter technology, drive supplier onboarding and product readiness, partner with senior stakeholders to scale capability and improve operational performance.
