Coordinate risk and compliance activities across ASX Group Support Divisions. Lead risk assessments, control testing, incident and issue management, action plans, reporting, governance packs, and regulatory submissions. Advise stakeholders, embed operational risk and compliance frameworks, support transformation initiatives, and strengthen risk culture and control environments.

Partners with directors, executives, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams; improves governance processes; coordinates regulatory and assurance responses; and leads and develops the company secretariat function.

Develops and documents quantitative market-risk methodologies for new exchange products, including stress testing, margin, back-testing, pricing, and risk models. Validates model governance, collaborates with risk, markets, regulators, and senior stakeholders, and explains complex quantitative concepts clearly. The role also mentors junior analysts, solves complex financial problems, manages multiple workstreams, and supports code development and deployment.

Implement and operationalise business, operational and technology resilience strategies across Market Operations. Develop scenario libraries and incident response playbooks, lead delivery of resilience framework requirements, support BCP testing, assessments, workshops and monitoring, and work with SMEs to identify and remediate critical operational risks aligned to regulatory standards.

Lead and conduct participant supervision investigations and compliance reviews for ASX participants. Manage participant relationships, assess potential rule breaches, gather and analyse evidence, prepare investigation reports and recommendations, monitor remediation, and contribute to policy, process improvement, reporting, and participant education to uphold ASX Operating Rules.

Lead planning and oversight of technology change across trading and clearing systems. Define metrics and dashboards, analyse performance, manage delivery and regulatory change, produce executive and regulatory reporting, engage stakeholders, and create high-quality communication materials to align strategy and priorities.

The Data Privacy Specialist will manage privacy risks, develop ASX's privacy framework, conduct impact assessments, and educate business units on compliance.

Provide 2nd-level application support for Austraclear and related systems, manage incidents, releases, change and disaster recovery, perform non-functional testing, maintain operational documentation, and deliver 24x7 on-call and weekend support for critical financial infrastructure.

The Business Analyst will support the implementation of business continuity plans, manage projects, provide analysis, and collaborate across teams to enhance enterprise resilience at ASX.
