Deliver events and programs, support IPO day engagement, mentor team members, liaise with advisors and intermediaries, and use data and CRM systems to measure program performance and improve listed company customer experience.

Design, build and maintain Java-based automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Plan and execute automated and manual tests (API, integration, system, regression, end-to-end), validate market data and order flow, manage test environments and data, log and investigate defects, and collaborate with developers, BAs and stakeholders to support safe release promotion.

Operate and improve reliability of market-critical systems by automating toil, building CI/CD and IaC, improving observability, leading incident reviews, performing capacity and resilience testing, and providing 24/7 on-call support for production services.

Lead oversight of market, counterparty credit and liquidity risks across ASX Clearing Houses. Manage daily risk controls, improve processes, partner with quant and model teams, support default management drills, engage regulators and stakeholders, and prepare governance papers.

Support the Equities Product Team as an Associate Product Owner for the CHESS project. Help maintain and prioritise product backlog, translate strategic vision into scoped requirements, enable industry readiness and system integration, support agile delivery ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to product vision, roadmaps, and knowledge sharing.

Design, deploy and support scalable, highly available AWS Aurora/RDS databases; troubleshoot performance incidents on a 24/7 roster; build automation and operational playbooks; mentor team members and document systems to support migrations and critical projects.
