Lead design and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies, manage budgets and payroll compliance, develop mobility programs and vendor relationships, analyze C&B data, and advise senior leadership to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards programs across regions.

Serve as country senior finance leader and business partner for APAC, owning P&L, forecasting, investment evaluation, capital project support, governance, controls, tax/treasury coordination, and leading local finance operations to enable growth and IPO readiness.

Manage design, installation, operation, and maintenance of data centre mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, fire suppression). Lead and mentor engineering and technician teams for 24/7 operations, oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate vendors, provide technical troubleshooting, and support strategic initiatives and budget planning.

Lead and govern global enterprise application projects (SAP, Power Platform, eProcurement). Plan, track, and deliver multi-country initiatives, manage vendors and stakeholders, coordinate integrations and UAT, ensure compliance (SOX/ITGC), and drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.

Lead EMEA procurement for CAPEX and large-scale data centre development. Define regional sourcing strategy, run RFI/RFQ/RFPs, negotiate major contracts, establish supplier frameworks, drive cost optimization and governance, report to executives, and build a high-performing regional procurement team.

Execute payments, manage funding movements and intercompany settlements; support bank account openings, KYC, mandates and bank documentation. Prepare cash position reports, cash forecasts, hedging analyses and audit support; update treasury policies for SOX compliance. Drive process improvements, automation and treasury system activities (ERP/banking platforms), and coordinate with Finance, AP, Tax, Legal and Project teams.

Lead and develop mechanical engineering teams for 24/7 operations, oversee maintenance and upgrades, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, provide technical troubleshooting, and support strategic initiatives and budgeting to improve system performance.

Support design, documentation, testing, and remediation of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting to meet SOX requirements. Maintain RCMs, process narratives and flowcharts; perform walkthroughs and control testing; coordinate audits; report on SOX status; and partner with Finance, IT, and business owners to improve control effectiveness.

Lead development and control of Level 1–3 project schedules for data center delivery. Coordinate with procurement, design, construction, testing and operations; monitor progress, risks, and recovery plans; enforce schedule policy; review contractor schedules; and consolidate reporting and dashboards to ensure projects meet milestones and readiness for service.

Support and maintain the companys corporate governance framework by reviewing and updating policies, conducting governance testing, documenting findings, tracking remediation, assisting stakeholders with policy drafting, preparing governance reports, and supporting audits and inspections to ensure regulatory alignment and accountability.
