Drive and manage commercial aspects for DayOne's global data centre customers: lead strategic pricing for bids/RFPs, assess commercial risk, negotiate and review contracts, support sales with pricing/costing and forecasting, analyze pipeline and win-loss, manage renewals/churn, and digitize commercial and quotation processes to improve efficiency.

Define and maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and business glossaries in Microsoft Purview and Fabric. Monitor and remediate data quality, establish stewardship workflows, support classification, lineage, access controls, and onboarding into OneLake. Collaborate with data owners and engineers to validate pipelines, ensure compliance (PDPA, GDPR), run governance forums, and promote data stewardship and literacy across the organization.

Lead HQ external affairs across multiple markets: stakeholder mapping, multi-market policy intelligence, government and institutional engagement, cross-market projects, corporate positioning, CSR oversight, issue monitoring, and internal alignment for public-sector initiatives.

Lead end-to-end integration projects for new data center capacity, coordinating design, construction, and operations. Develop operational readiness plans, testing, documentation, and training. Implement QA processes, manage risks, and report status to senior management to ensure timely, on-budget, and compliant integration of new infrastructure.

Manage procurement and vendor lifecycle for data center construction: run RFPs/tenders, select and negotiate with vendors, draft and administer contracts, monitor vendor KPIs/performance, resolve disputes, chair performance reviews, report to senior management, and drive continuous improvement in procurement and vendor management processes.

Lead design and delivery of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models; build and maintain data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric; manage enterprise data lake/warehouse architecture; ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance; partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Lead MEP defect identification, punch-list management, rectification oversight, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and final documentation for data center projects to ensure systems are compliant and ready for commissioning and handover.

Lead ITSM operations including incident, change, problem, and service request management. Provide L2/3 support for Microsoft 365, endpoints, and core infrastructure. Enforce ITSM governance, manage vendors, drive automation and service improvements, track KPIs, maintain KB and mentor junior engineers.

Lead SAP Project System implementations within S/4HANA: design WBS and network activities, integrate PS with SD/MM/FI-CO, configure Fiori and embedded analytics, manage full project lifecycle from scoping to hypercare, and ensure project-based accounting and revenue recognition.

Serve as technical counterpart to sales for hyperscale accounts, coordinating customer engineering and internal design, delivery, operations, and construction teams. Drive technical workstreams for large contracts, translate customer fit-out and connectivity requirements into delivery actions, manage cross-functional program timelines, identify and mitigate technical risks, and build customer confidence through rigorous coordination.
