Assist the procurement team with RFP preparation, vendor sourcing and pre-qualification, quotation review and cost analysis, tender activities (negotiations, PO preparation), document filing and audit support, and learning procurement systems (OA, SAP).

Lead DayOne Japan’s data center development and operations, owning end-to-end delivery from site development to commissioning, daily facility operations and uptime, and full P&L. Manage project schedules, budgets, compliance and local utility/authority relationships; build and scale the Japan team; serve as primary contact for hyperscale customers; and collaborate with global leadership on pipeline, land acquisition, and long-term market strategy.

Lead M&E construction projects for data centers through planning, execution, and handover. Manage contractors, contracts, budgets, risk, compliance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate design, testing/commissioning (including IST), permitting, and safety to ensure operational readiness.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: process vendor invoices and employee expenses, perform 3-way matching, reconcile vendor statements, handle payment queries, support month-end AP close and aging, maintain audit documentation, and drive AP process improvements.
