Own end-to-end data science projects, including customer discovery, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Python and SQL development, Databricks pipelines, AI-enabled analytics, quality checks, and customer presentations. Build reusable data assets at claims-data scale and contribute to Bonfire’s AI-powered products. The role requires rigorous analysis, strong communication, customer empathy, and comfort working with ambiguous problems.

Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding, training, strategy, check-ins, and ongoing account engagement. Translate customer questions into data-driven analyses, reports, and presentations using SQL and AI tools. Communicate technical findings clearly, support adoption of AI-powered products, and relay customer feedback to improve Bonfire’s products and analytical playbooks.
