Partner with product owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Evaluate and recommend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, run workshops, coordinate UAT, collaborate with technical teams and vendors, and apply AI tools to improve processes and productivity.

Design, build, and operate enterprise knowledge graphs and semantic/context layers on AWS and TIMBR-like platforms. Model entities and relationships, build ingestion and enrichment pipelines, optimize queries and performance, ensure governance/versioning/lineage, and expose graph data to applications and AI/agentic workflows. Collaborate with ontology modelers, architects, and platform teams to productionize scalable, secure, and governed graph assets.

Support and execute financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits domestically and internationally. Perform audit procedures, prepare workpapers, analyze evidence, identify control deficiencies and improvement opportunities, draft observations and recommendations, and participate in client and leadership meetings while maintaining professional standards.

Design, build, and maintain SDKs and developer tooling to simplify consumption of enterprise APIs and Data Context services. Improve developer experience, create documentation and examples, integrate with AWS services, implement authentication, error handling, telemetry, testing support, and standards for versioning and releases. Collaborate with API, platform, and product teams and support AI/agentic workflows that rely on semantic/context systems.

Lead design and delivery of a production-ready Data Context Layer platform: build shared platform services (CI/CD, provisioning, observability, security), enable self-service publishing/discovery of context, support knowledge-graph pipelines and agentic AI workflows, define standards and operational practices, and drive developer enablement and reliability across teams.

Manage end-to-end data access governance: intake, validation, approval routing, provisioning, monitoring, and revocation. Maintain audit-ready evidence, support audits, run ticket lifecycle and project management, author technical/process documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and operate Immuta/Discover for data product registration and policy enforcement. Drive compliance, automation improvements, and training for business users.

Serve as the custodian for enterprise data access: intake, verify, route approvals, provision and revoke access, maintain audit-ready evidence, monitor compliance and usage, manage ticket lifecycles, author documentation, support data platform access (Immuta, Databricks), and coordinate with data owners, security, privacy, legal, and engineering to enforce governance and remediate access risks.

Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for the CISO organization, evaluate emerging security technologies, oversee engineering and implementation of complex on-premises and cloud security systems, build cross-vertical partnerships, and ensure engineering excellence and execution across enterprise-scale cybersecurity projects.

Lead enterprise information architecture: establish standards for data modeling, MDM, data cataloguing, governance, and data products. Assess data landscape, design future-state architectures, collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders, and present strategic solutions to executives while leveraging cloud and integration technologies.

Lead discovery and assessment of AI and transformation opportunities: run workshops, analyze processes, define problem statements, quantify value, build business cases, align stakeholders, prioritize use cases, and transition validated opportunities to delivery teams.
