The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will engage with 10-20 enterprise clients, ensuring they effectively adopt and maximize value from the AI search optimization platform, while providing strategic recommendations and onboarding support.

Act as a technical advisor for enterprise customers, lead complex pre-sales cycles (discovery, PoCs, demos, proposals), design integrations and architectures, handle security/compliance/procurement during deals, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Legal/CS, and support onboarding and expansion to drive adoption and upsell.

Manage a portfolio of strategic agency partners (holding companies, GSIs, global agencies), drive adoption and executive alignment, deliver enablement and strategic recommendations, run business reviews, and enable partners to sell Scrunch across their networks to achieve measurable AI-search visibility and account expansion.

The Product Engineer role involves owning the complete product lifecycle, building features end-to-end across frontend and backend, driving product decisions, and creating scalable systems using modern AI tools. A focus on user experience and speed of delivery is essential.
