Design, develop, and maintain Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM applications; build Deluge scripts, workflows, Blueprints, and integrations (REST APIs/webhooks) with third-party platforms; optimize performance, manage security/roles, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and train stakeholders to drive automation and process improvements.

Serve as the Arabic-speaking client interface to gather and analyze requirements for industrial digitalization. Support process studies, APC implementation, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver process engineering and digital transformation projects across industrial sites.
