Lead product marketing strategy across positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and analyst relations. Own and expand BlinkOps’ Southeast partner ecosystem, driving partner-sourced revenue, recruiting and onboarding security-focused VARs and MSSPs, executing regional business plans, coordinating co-selling with account executives, and delivering partner enablement. The role requires independently managing a large territory, building relationships across cybersecurity and SaaS channels, representing the company at events, and traveling approximately 30–50% for partner engagement.

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise customers: manage onboarding, drive adoption and expansion, run QBRs, maintain customer health, advocate internally, and resolve technical issues while improving documentation and processes.

Architect, develop, and test scalable cloud-native microservices and enhance the platform’s workflow engine. Build reliable containerized systems using cloud services, Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker; implement production observability through logging, metrics, and tracing; apply security principles; and work with SQL and NoSQL databases. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and design distributed systems using messaging, throttling, backpressure, and circuit breakers.

Drive full sales cycle for BlinkOps in the US Southeast: prospect, demo, close new business, and expand existing accounts. Focus on SecOps, DevOps, Cloud Security, and IAM solutions. Collaborate with GTM teams, deliver forecasts, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet quota and growth targets.

Partner with sales to lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs for Blink's security automation platform. Design and build autonomous agents and deterministic workflows, integrate Blink with SIEM/EDR/IAM/cloud/ticketing/GRC tools, and map platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes while influencing product and engineering priorities.

As a Sales Engineer, you will assist customers in understanding automation solutions, lead technical demonstrations, and manage Proofs of Concept to align Blink's capabilities with client objectives.

As an Account Executive, you will drive customer engagement through the sales cycle, achieving targets while building client relationships in the security automation sector.

The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate Blink's automation solutions, lead discovery and POC stages, and align automation use cases with customer security objectives.
