Lead and execute complex PCB designs (multilayer, HDI, rigid-flex) from placement through release. Define stack-ups, impedance targets, signal integrity constraints, DFM practices, documentation, vendor validation, and mentor others while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams.

Design, simulate, and integrate antennas and RF systems (HF through X-band) for sUAS platforms. Develop link budgets, perform EMI/EMC and cosite analyses, lead antenna integration, execute chamber and flight testing to MIL-STD/DO-160 standards, and produce RF documentation. Support vendor selection, field tests, and RF payload design (SIGINT, EW, comms relay).
