The Senior IT Manager will lead the IT team, manage infrastructure, oversee compliance, and drive operational improvements in a defense technology environment.

Lead electrical design, integration, testing, and certification of Electronic Safe-and-Arm (ESAD/ESAF) and firing-set electronics for tactical sUAS. Responsibilities include schematic/PCB design, energy storage and charge/fire circuitry, arming logic, EMI/EMC and HERO analysis, test campaign planning (bench, environmental, flight), ICDs, and supporting Fuze Safety Review Board qualification and DoD compliance.

Lead design and development of a novel metal manufacturing capability from concept through production. Define processes, parameters, and quality criteria for additive and subtractive workflows, oversee post-processing and inspection, drive new product development and sustaining engineering, and provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and software interfaces.

Lead design, integration, calibration, testing, and qualification of piston and small turbine propulsion systems for sUAS. Develop engine test plans, ECU calibrations, fuel systems, propeller selection, failure investigations, and documentation while supporting test events and vendor technical integration.

The role involves new product development, systems engineering across various interfaces, sustaining fielded systems, and elevating engineering rigor.

Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for additive (MJF, FDM, metal) and CNC, support fielded xCell deployments, train operators, perform first-article inspection and materials/process qualification, and feed application feedback into engineering to improve systems.
