Conduct consultative conversations with finance, accounting, supply-chain, and operations leaders; translate complex workflows into measurable commercial value; and collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Implementation teams. As the first dedicated Account Executive, help establish qualification criteria, messaging, pricing, outbound processes, and the broader go-to-market playbook.

Lead pre-sales solution consulting for an AI-native ERP platform serving physical-goods businesses. Partner with finance, accounting, and operations leaders to demonstrate workflows, manage proof-of-concept projects, assess solution feasibility, and create workflow maps and implementation proposals. Advise clients on integrating the platform with ERP, WMS, CRM, and BI systems while supporting consultative sales and maintaining executive relationships. This founding role will help establish the Solutions Consulting function and collaborate across go-to-market, implementation, product, and engineering teams.

Build and scale Mandrel’s AI-native ERP platform for finance and supply-chain workflows. Responsibilities include designing full-stack systems, AI-powered document-processing pipelines, real-time synchronization, multi-tenant enterprise features, third-party integrations, background processing, and automated financial reconciliation. The role also owns architecture decisions, contributes to technical strategy, establishes engineering standards, mentors teammates, and partners with customers and product teams.
