Owns global sourcing strategy and supplier management for electronics and semiconductor components used in electric vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining the approved vendor list, negotiating long-term agreements, managing BOM and supply-chain risks, developing should-cost models, tracking market and capacity trends, establishing supplier performance metrics, and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and NPI from concept through mass production.

Owns the Commercial organization’s program-management rhythm across US and EU teams. Vet and QA third-party Shopify integrations and new site features while driving traffic growth and a seamless online customer experience.

Design and scale secure cloud backend infrastructure for connected electric vehicles, including APIs, databases, event-driven services, IoT telemetry, authentication, integrations, observability, and deployment workflows. Ensure high availability, geographic redundancy, production readiness, and platform security. Mentor engineers, support hiring, partner with external agencies, and influence architectural decisions and engineering culture.

Provides customer support across phone, email, live chat, and social media; guides pre-sale customers, processes orders and payments, manages tracking, returns, refunds, warranties, and complaints. Troubleshoots technical or mechanical product issues, educates customers, coordinates with internal teams, documents interactions, follows up proactively, and creates support documentation to improve customer experience and processes.

Build ALSO’s operating systems for vehicle production and delivery, integrating manufacturing, supply chain, quality, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and finance data. Develop planning, visibility, supplier, traceability, and fulfillment systems; rapidly prototype and automate processes using coding agents. Define data models and decision logic, validate outputs with tests and evaluations, simplify workflows, and embed with process owners so they can maintain and improve the systems.

Own the roadmap and product definition for customer-facing digital experiences across vehicle interfaces, mobile (iOS/Android), and web. Translate customer needs into user stories, requirements, and success metrics; align stakeholders; validate with customer research and analytics; and prioritize features to deliver a unified connected ecosystem.

Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects in electric mobility, managing the development of low voltage electronic modules from start to finish.

Lead the development of a cutting-edge navigation experience, integrating with mapping APIs, designing low-latency APIs, and collaborating across teams.

Define reliability targets and metrics across EV systems; design and run accelerated and environmental reliability tests; analyze results and field data; lead FMEAs; advise on failure modes, risk mitigation, and design verification across PCBA, batteries, drive units, and chassis.
