Own the medical billing product from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities include gathering customer and operational insights, prioritizing the roadmap and backlog, writing requirements and user stories, coordinating with engineering and QA, engaging stakeholders, analyzing product metrics, and developing expertise in medical billing workflows, claims, remittances, payer rules, and compliance.

Lead hands-on software engineering for Medserv’s healthcare billing and practice management platform. Design and build reliable production systems, APIs, data models, and service boundaries; modernize legacy systems; improve testing, security, observability, and reliability; review critical code; mentor engineers; and influence architecture and technical standards across the platform.
