Supports EMEA and China illumination product customers by coordinating inquiries, customer satisfaction, order entry, backlog maintenance, shipping arrangements, RMA resolution, and Ship & Debit and stock rotation claims. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams while following issues through closure.
